The Project
The Porsche Design Tower is a residential skyscraper designed by Porsche Design Studio.
It is 641 feet tall with 60 stories and is one of the tallest buildings in its area. Featuring pools on most floor plans, garages for 2 and 4 cars in the sky, a restaurant, car concierge and much more.
The cylindrical building was completed in January 2017 and stands on a 2.2-acre stretch at 18555 Collins Avenue, Sunny Isles Beach.
